	If this error happens first thing before the requested page appeared then please check your internet browser tool settings and under Internet Options tab Privacy / cookies lower it to Medium-High if it is currently set to High. These web pages use Session cookies to transition information from one page to another. This particular error could also have been caused by session timeout due to inactivity. If you have been inactive then please log in again. When using this system please ensure your browser settings are ALWAYS getting a REFRESHED page and NOT using a CACHED (old) version. If a cached (old) version of a page is used then you could see the same symptoms as a session timeout. If you are unsure of how cache settings work please contact Vital Volunteers support.
